World Cup feeling for everyone

Between 1350 and 3340 metres, the conditions are perfect from October to May to strap on the planks and cut some turns on the slopes. 146 kilometres of slopes and 33 perfectly connected lift systems lead to carefree skiing pleasure. The “Golden Gate to the Glacier” connects Sölden to the glacier ski areas of Rettenbachferner and Tiefenbachferner. The BIG3 Gaislachkogl, Tiefenbachkogl und Schwarze Schneide as well as a unique view over the Ötztal Alps is thus only a few lifts away. More than 30 huts and restaurants in the Sölden ski area invite you for a well-deserved pit stop after skiing.

Pit stop

Between the runs on the slopes, more than 30 rustic mountain huts, pavilion bars and modern self-service restaurants give you options for a warming little break. Cool drinks and delicious food revitalize you and your day in the snow on the slopes can continue.

Ski Schools

No master just falls from the sky, even in Sölden. That’s why there are numerous ski schools in the Ötztal valley to teach you the basics of skiing on the slopes and will accompany you on your first descents. There are ski schools for adults as well as kids and they are usually also equipped for snowboarders.
